Dota 2 Patch 7.30d Highest Win Rate Heroes | Fragster (2024)

A hero’s win rate across all skill brackets may seem like an irrelevant statistic. But when the difference between two heroes is larger than 10%, you can pretty much be certain that one of those heroes is much stronger than the other in the current meta. These are the top 10 highest win rate heroes of Dota 2 patch 7.30d.

Silencer – 54.50%

Silencer has a pick rate of over 20% and that’s in part the result of the hero’s excellent strengths in the current meta. The hero’s total attribute increase per level is 7.7, which is probably one of the highest in the game. At only level 3, the combination of Arcane Curse (level 1) and Glaives of Wisdom (level 2) makes him a very annoying foe to play against in lane.

As soon as you get a few items, Silencer’s kill and farm potential accelerate by a lot. His power spike is hit around level 12, which means that you will have a very strong mid-game with him. If your teammates know how to coordinate to take advantage of that, you could easily take down some towers, kill Roshan, and then control more than 3 quarters of the map.

The best items to buy on Silencer are Witch Blade, Veil of Discord, Rod of Atos, and Force Staff. Of course, you can turn him into whatever you want, depending on what role you are playing.

Wraith King – 53.90%

Dota 2 patch 7.30d gave Wraith King a slightly better Mortal Strike. The hero now deals 150% critical damage when the ability is level 1 and 270% damage when it is level 4. However, Wraith King was strong even before this buff, for the same reason why Vengeful Spirit is strong in the current meta: Reincarnation. The two lives he has during the mid and late-game give his team a huge advantage in fights. Your enemies will need to spend a lot of spells and attacks to take you down. And when you come back, they are all slowed down and probably running for their lives.

Thanks to his abilities, as well as his strength increase per level (+3), Wraith King tends to have a good laning phase against most offlaners. On top of that, he can easily farm the jungle with his skeletons and lifesteal, starting from a low level. So if anything goes wrong, you can just farm small and medium camps to come back into the game.

Enigma – 53.70%

The reason why Enigma’s win rate is high in patch 7.30d has a lot to do with his ability to farm really fast, get a Blink Dagger, and then secure kills for his team during fights. His Midnight Pulse lasts for 12 seconds at level 4 and deals 7% Max HP damage per second. That’s absolutely huge. If you have any hero with stuns or slows in your team, you can just cast this spell underneath your enemies, use Malefice on one of them, and you don’t even need to get a great Black Hole to have a decisive impact.

If the game goes late enough (30+ minutes), Enigma becomes a scary hero that can win team fights almost on his own.

Jakiro – 53.50%

Jakiro’s win rate increased by around 2% after Dota 2 patch 7.30 and the reason is obvious. The hero’s two most powerful abilities got buffed. The castpoint of Dual Breath is now just 0.35s and the damage of Liquid Fire is 15/20/25/30 per second while the attack speed slow of the ability is 30/40/50/60. These two abilities give Jakiro the option to stand his ground during the laning stage and just harass his opponents. Combined with another strong laner, such as Dazzle or Undying, this dragon is extremely powerful and will decimate enemy dual lanes.

Dazzle – 53.25%

Dazzle is picked in around 10% of matches and the hero’s average win rate is impressive. The hero’s laning phase got buffed by Dota 2 patch 7.30d, as well as the previous 2 patches: 7.30c and 7.30. He can now attack from a range of 575, has higher base armor, and his Poison Touch is very annoying to deal with. If you buy Wind Lace in the first 2 minutes on a Dazzle, his total movement speed (325), combined with the effects of Poison Touch, will allow you to outrun and heavily harass almost any opponent.

When playing Dazzle, the key is to buy small items as soon as you have the gold for them and gain an edge in the laning phase. If you succeed in ruining your opponent’s farm and securing farm for your cores, you will most likely have an easy game.

Omniknight – 53.20%

Omniknight is rarely picked these days (3.1% pick rate) but his win rate is high. This is a sign that the hero is mostly played by people who have mastered him. Omniknight works well in combination with strength-based heroes like Sven or Lifestealer, or against lineups that heavily rely on physical damage.

His Heavenly Grace got modified by the latest patches and it now offers 50% Status Resistance, 8 – 20 HP regen, and 8 – 38 bonus strength for 10 seconds. And he can cast this ability every 14seconds. What this means is that Omniknight can turn your strength-based carry into a formidable tank. And if you have a Bristleback on your team, at the 10 – 15 minute mark that hero will become unstoppable.

Ogre Magi – 53.10%

Ogre Magi is one of the community’s favorite heroes. He’s getting picked in 20% of the games and his contribution tends to be impressive, even after the Dota 2 patch 7.30 nerfs.

The reason why Ogre Magi is so strong at the moment has to do with the low mana cost of his Ignite (80 – 110), as well as his HP regen (3.25). During the laning phase, with a few cheap items you can make this hero very hard to kill and extremely capable to harass an enemy carry. Just a bit more mobility, slow (Orb of Venom), armor, and HP regen and you’re unkillable for the first 5 – 10 minutes of the game.

Necrophos – 52.75%

Given how many weaknesses it has and how many nerfs he received in Dota 2 patch 7.30, Necrophos has a ridiculously high win and pick rate. His movement speed is just 280 and his overall attribute increase per level is 6.6, which isn’t spectacular.

Necrophos’ great strengths are his Death Pulse, which creates a 400+ HP difference between himself and his opponent at level 4, as well as his Heartstopper Aura, which allows him to get a lot of HP and mana regen for every kill in addition to harming anyone in an 800 radius. The damage per second you take from Necrophos is 0.6/1.2/1.8/2.4% of your maximum health. That’s quite severe and in most cases, will discourage you to even go near the hero.

Medusa – 52.50%

Medusa has a high win rate in patch 7.30d because she is a very safe carry. She can farm really fast, withstand a lot of damage in team fights, and tends to have a good laning phase because of her abilities and overall attribute increase per level (8.9!).

After you buy a few items, you become extremely hard to kill. And in the current meta, which gives you the ability to farm the jungle with ease, it’s almost a given that you will get big quite fast and then make it impossible for your opponents to fight your team while you’re around.
